Mark Jones is the current owner and administrator for the Mario Kart Players' Page.

Career Highlights

• Joined the Mario Kart 64 Players' Page in June of 2001. Earned several POWs from 2001-2004 and after taking an 8-year time trial hiatus is active as of 2012.
• Competed in and briefly held WRs/SRs in Mario Kart Super Circuit, Mario Kart Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. Competed briefly in Mario Kart Wii.

Contributions

• In August of 2001, founded the original (and now defunct) Mario Kart Super Circuit Players' Page which has since been redesigned by Alex Penev and is currently maintained by Tom Gaffikin.
• In February of 2003, created the Mario Kart Players' Page Messageboard and still serves as its primary administrator.
• In November of 2003,founded the Mario Kart Double Dash Players' Page which has since been redesigned by and is currently maintained by Alex Penev.
• In 2004, took over ownership of the Mario Kart Players' Page and mariokart64.com domain from Kevin Booth which is maintained by William Lacey.

Personal

• Married and lives with his wife in Fountain Valley, CA.
• Apart from gaming, also enjoys golfing and playing guitar.

Misc. Elite Contest Info

• Was incorrectly listed in the old 2000 post club banner for General Chat.

• Having never competed in GoldenEye or Perfect Dark, rarely showing up in chat and only occasionally posting on the boards, is often included in the summer contests.
• Is a four year veteran of the annual Virginia meet, attending in 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012.
