Stephen Meakings, 29, affectionately known as Meaks, is a UK Mario Kart player.

Karting History

Meaks is best known for his time spent on MKDD between 2003-2006. He was once ranked in the top 10 but now takes his spot in the top 50 with Titan A rank. Meaks was also very competitive at the Grand Prix aspect of this game. After MKDD Meaks breifly moved to MKSC in 2006 where he achieved Intermediate B rank and then to MK64 where he currently remains, ranked Legend D, actively seeking to break the top 75.

Meaks has achieved two POW in MK64.

Forum and IRC Activity

Meaks' other noteable achievements include winning the Mario Kart Forum 2006 FIFA World Cup predictions contest and running the Mario Kart Master competion in 2006, 2008 and 2012.

You will often find Meaks in the Mario Kart IRC Chatroom often posing as other people, with hillarious consequences.

Other Karters

Meaks is close friends with former MKDD World Champion Jonathan Steel and has met other karters including Sami Cetin, Drew Blumfield, Vincent van der Fluit and Chris Clark.

Meaks has also played poker in London with the famed Vincent van der Fluit before he rose to WSOP fame.

Karter Contest History

Meaks was a former Karter Contest participant in the 2008 edition and the 2012 edition where he got knocked out in the group stages both times.
