Harvey Manhood
Harvey Manhood is a long-serving member of The Elite, first joining the Goldeneye ranks back in October 2000 during the end of the Wes-era. Harvey debuted in 19th place, and was an active player for around 3 years, his most active period being the summer of 2003 when he made a made a move into 9th place, reaching 4th place on Depot at one stage with times of 26/45/53. These achievements were not to be repeated however, as Harvey made a bold decision to retire from the game in October 2003 by notoriously 'throwing his cartridge into a lake' - which has now become gaming slang for retirement throughout the community. He was not to play again until the end of 2005, when he came back (with a borrowed console!) to get one final WR, 23 Runway SA, his final contribution to the game. Away from competition, Harvey was an infamous and often controversial character on the Elite chat forums, with his off-centre tastes in music and sometimes low-brow sense of humor, though he also made some firm friends during his time. Jon Barber declared him "one of the most disgustingly funny people the community has ever seen" (whether that's an insult or a complement, depends on who you are). As of 2008, Harvey lives and works in Bournemouth, England.
