Sami Cetin founded and is the webmaster of the Super Mario Kart Time Trials Site. He currently updates times and writes news updates. He is also a moderator of the SMK forum and a popular member of the kart community (placing in 4th in the 2004 Karter Contest).
Sami Cetin is one of the best all-round Mario Kart players, ranked 3rd in the Combined Mario Kart Rankings. He was a former world champion in Super Mario Kart for several years, and at one time he even held all 40 WRs at once. He is also a former world champion in Mario Kart 64, where he had many impressive WRs and broke some impressive barriers including WS 3lap where he got 3:39.99. He is currently ranked 8th in Mario Kart 64 and 3rd in Super Mario Kart. He was also world champion of Mario Kart Super Circuit for the first few months after the game was released. He also played Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for a short time when the game was released, and is currently ranked 280th.
