Karlo Tomazelli is a Brazilian top karter. He enjoys other kart games like SMK and MKDD but found on MK64 his true addiction. He even has some Expert/Advanced times on MKDD and may become a member in the future.
Karlo joined the Mario Kart 64 Players' Page in the summer of 2004 (July) and flew through the rankings becoming Legend+ in the spring (December) of the same year. Some months later he became GOD, being the fastest to reach that rank. He is placed 2nd on the non-shortcut rankings, just ahead fellow countryman Marcelo Almeida dos Reis. This makes him the NTSC champion. On 13 March 2005 Karlo got the first of many WR's, tying MJ's YV flap. He currently holds 2 non-shortcut WR's: YV 3lap (which he is really proud of) and MMF flap (which is considered one of the strongest WRs in the game).
Karlo has also been playing shortcuts since he joined the site, but he never considered himself a real shortcutter because his best times were only those in which non-shortcut racing was involved. That changed when he started beating hard and long standing WRs that really involve shortcut skills like LR 3lap, CM 3lap, WS 3lap and FS 3lap. Karlo was the MK64 shortcut champion for over two years, and is currently #2 with 9 WRs.
Karlo was the 5th person to reach GOD on non-shortcut and the 2nd on shortcut, but is the only karter in the world to have a GOD/GOD status. His Universal Average Finish is only a bit above 3.
Karlo won many POW/POM/POQ awards since he joined the site and also won the POY award in 2005. He always provided proof for his records and is a trusted player. He tries to help people on the message board or through AIM/MSN when possible and helped out the site by updating POW awards and timesheets. He is constantly recruiting new members, especially from Brazil, to join the site.
