Rayan "Perfect Ace" Isran is currently the youngest member of The Elite. He joined the Perfect Dark rankings in September 2005 (at the age of 10) and quickly surprised everyone by tying what was considered one of the best (if not THE best) Agent World Record at the time: WAR! Agent 0:25. While that was his only uncommon World Record, Rayan has proven his skill in Perfect Dark, earning himself a position in the top 10 after only a few months on the ranks. He has also shown great talent in GoldenEye 007, first gaining notice in the game by tying Karl Jobst's then-untied World Record, Train Agent 1:06. Rayan rapidly climbed the Goldeneye Ranks as well, quickly securing a place in the top 20.
