Rayan "Perfect Ace" Isran is currently the youngest member of The Elite. He joined the Perfect Dark rankings in September 2005 (at the age of 10) and quickly surprised everyone by tying what was considered one of the best (if not THE best) Agent World Record at the time: WAR! Agent 0:25. This was only a sign of things to come in the future, as he is currently the only person other than Bryan Bosshardt to be ranked in the top 10 in both Goldeneye 007 and PerfectDark in all major categories.
