His activity may have waned, but his skill certainly has not, as he is currently ranked 5th. He also hold 12 World Records (2 untied) and enjoys celebrating new World Records in his own unique way. Alex was one of the first players to have proven all 60 PRs, and has many videos depicting easier strategies, which has been very helpful to newer players. He has also held the title of Elite StarCraft Champion since August of 2004 (despite a number of retirements).
