Rayan "Perfect Ace" Isran is currently the youngest member of The Elite. He joined the Perfect Dark rankings in September 2005 (at the age of 10) and quickly surprised everyone by tying what was considered one of the best (if not THE best) Agent World Record at the time: WAR!
