Takuya "CEDRIC" Kakizawa is a Japanese gamer who joined The Elite in 2009, showing quite a bit of promise in Perfect Dark. He continued to steadily PR throughout the next three years, eventually overcoming his fellow countryman Taka to become Perfect Dark Champion in June 2013.
