Josh Lay
Josh "Quiet Bol" Lay (sometimes known by his internet handle, CieloAzor) is one of the most active chatters and posters in The Elite today.
He has not been very active in Elite games lately, though a quick rise to the high ranks in Perfect Dark earned him 2 Player of the Month mentions back in the day. His domination of WAR! (0:26, 0:47, 0:58) was amazing in its time, and still very respectable. Recently he has shown that he's still got the skills, climbing his way to 5th in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect and becoming a strong competitor on Xbox Live.
Perhaps QB is most known in the community for his sports knowledge, as he is the 2 time champion of The Elite's Fantasy Football League, and has done well for himself in all pickem and fantasy leagues ever run within The Elite. He is a renowned sports bettor and played the Main Event at the WSOP recently, finishing just outside the money.
QB has served as a member of the Selection Committee for all 6 Elite Summer Contests and is always an enthusiastic participant in No Sleepathon events, holding the current Elite Record at 68 hours 16 mins. He is also the owner of the The Elite Sea Team - the Elite's Goal Line Blitz team, which has been a great success since its creation in early 2008.
In 2006 he was drafted into the National Football League by the New Orleans Saints, though he did not end up making the team's final roster.
