Sterling Neblett

Sterling Neblett was one of the early champions of Goldeneye, having knocked original champion Steven Zwartjes from the top of the charts. A fierce battle between the two ensued, but in the end Sterling came out the victor. He then went on the most amazing championship reign in Elite history, providing video proof and written strategies to boot. These set the groundwork for nearly all the basic strategies still being employed in the Goldeneye world today. After having his championship streak ended by Wouter Jansen, Sterling briefly moved on to Perfect Dark, where he set some nice early records before going inactive. He has since made a few minor Goldeneye comebacks, but has mainly been devoting his time to his real passion: golf, even appearing on ESPN2 during the Boston Distance Challenge several years ago.
