Brio loves The Elite

Olivier "Brio" Brisson (born March 5, 1989) joined The Elite in Febuary 2009. Four mounth after he joined, Brio tied some World Record like the famous Defection 0:06 Agent WR and The Duel 0:09 Perfect Agent WR.

History of Brio

1998 to 2003 - The Start

Oli started to play Goldeneye 007 in 1998 when he was 9 years old. In Christmas 1998 he recieved the game and spent a lot of time playing GE. Later in 2000, a friend of Oli recieved Perfect Dark for Christmas. They played together from 2000 to 2003. Then, in autumn 2003, Oli do the biggest mistake of his life and sold a big part of his games including Goldeneye 007, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie and Donkey Kong 64.. WHAT A FUCKING SHAME.

2005 - Speedrun

BRIO stopped playing GE and PD until Spring 2005 when he borrowed the PD cartige game of his friend. He discovered the existence of The Elite during this period of time when he first saw Goldeneye videos on Speed demo archive. Brio played through Perfect Dark and never finish the game in Perfect Agent.. Yet.

In Autumn 2005 Brio finally discover The Perfect Dark Elite and saw a lot of PD speedrun videos (Most of them were from Your Elitness). He tryed to speedrun for fun some levels like Attack Ship, Carrington Institute, Maian SOS and of course the famous Defection Agent glitch. He don't really achieved good times and then he stops to playing.

2006 - Buy the Perfect Dark game

Finally, the March 24, 2006, Oli bought his own brand new Perfect Dark game. He speedrun some of the levels more seriously but it was another time just for fun. Brio stops to play during a while when he started college in autumn 2006 (in an intensive program of animation).

2009 - Joining The Elite

At the end of his school session in 2008, Oli run an important course at school. This cost him six mounth of no intensive work at school and he got a LOT of free time. Then Brio started to look at some Red Bull speedrun video on youtube and it awaken him the taste to speedrun Perfect Dark. He started to speedrun another time just for fun but he quickly do it more seriously. Then BRIO started to climb the PD rankings.He finally finish the whole game (in Perfect Agent) and bought a Nintendo 64 PAL for play Perfect Dark PAL version. In five mounth he passed from the 457th place to the 89th place. Brio got also 5 WR (including the cakey Duel A/SA) during this time.

During his summer vacation he gets the Chicago Agent and Special Agent WRs and then he stops playing PD intensively since he returned to school at the end of August 2009. BRIO played a bit of PD during the autumn 2009 and got some "OK" PRs at Rescue and Pelagic II. He stoped played for a good 6 mounth due to the making of his first animated short "Les Amis" (Friends)

2010 - A little PRing

After he finished his movie, BRIO quickly got Defense Agent 0:50 (1 second off the new WR) and he PRing a little bit during the summer and the autumn of 2010. Without getting WRs due to a lack of time (Since he returned to school for a good 2 or 3 more years in 3d animation), BRIO keeps in mind to get and take back WRs (since he loose Defection 6 and Chicago 27 the same day 07/11/10). Well he didn't really stop playing and will restart to get WRs strait when he'll have enough time to put in the game.

BRIO also (fucking finally) finished for the first time in his life GoldenEye 007 06/11/10.

BRIo The Name

When Oli joined The Elite, he takes a nickname that his friends called him at school. It's the first three letters of his family name followed by the first one of his first name. This is where "BRIo" come from.

Other Activities

Oli have a passion for Drawing and have finish a first diploma in cartoon animation in may 2010. He is currently about making a second diploma in 3d animation that will end in 2012 or 2013.

Oli also hold his own amateur movie web site (Les-Gros) where he post now rarely, but he made about one movie a year.
