At this point the guards will have respawned and will be making their way up the runway. You need to run to the missile battery and throw a mine on to the battery. If you picked up a Kf7 you can scope in and blow up the mine early. Otherwise, get as close to the plane as possible and watch for guards, they will be running up the far side of the runway along your initial path.
