Matt "matt8000" Hedding joined the Elite in 2005 and has produced some respectable Goldeneye and Perfect Dark times. Matt is a regular presence on the boards, though isn't a frequent poster, and is a member of the modern Noob Rivalry along with several other noobs. You can also find him towards the bottom of the Mario Kart 64 and Timesplitters 2 rankings.
matt8000 is a highly original screenname that was created when Matt realised that his existing pseudonym was very similar to another member of the Elite.
Despite knowing very little about American football, his adopted team is the Philadelphia Sea Eagles. More than six months after jumping on their bandwagon, he still has barely any idea how the game is played.
Matt is a regular participant in Elite Sporting Pick'em competitons. Whilst he has not had much success overall, he is renowned for making some fairly crazy selections that have resulted in some very high short-term performances.
