NGC-Elites was created by Frédéric Massart (Belgium) in August 2002, and was hosted at ngc-elites.net. It is sometimes referred to as scopinfo because of its second location, scopinfo.com. In 2007, it was moved to the Elite server, and was home to the world rankings for TimeSplitters, TimeSplitters 2, TimeSplitters Future Perfect. Since March 2018, those rankings are live at The TimeSplitters Elite.
