Jak and Daxter: The Presursor Legacy is a Platformer released in December of 2001 by Naughty Dog for the Playstation 2. The series continued with Jak II and Jak 3.
Speedrun
The Speed Demos Archive hosts Jak and Daxter competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game JD speedrun is 2 hours and 20 minutes, achieved by Ben "Mkt" Fichter on February 14th, 2005.
