William 'shadow' Lacey is a Mario Kart 64 player, staff member, and popular personality in the kart community, finishing 3rd in the Karter Contest 2004. He has been a part of the community for a long time, and is still active on the forum where, he is a moderator.
He is well known for being the first player to reach the famous God rank in MK64. He also set a DK 3lap WR that was extremely fast for its time, more than 1.5 seconds ahead of 2nd place.
