The Infil Enrichment Center was erected by Ngamer in September of 2012 with the goal of further enriching the life of his dear pal Infil Traitor The Twelfth. To date this gamification of Infil's life has been declared a smashing success^{[citation needed]}, despite its reputation as "the weirdest project in Elite history"^{[no citation needed]}.
