As for all levels, objectives for a difficulty build on the previous ones, so the standard template certainly shouldn't be Agent then SA then 00A with repeated objectives.

Instead something like on Frigate New with Common and then SA/00A (since they are the same) is much better. Also objective letters can shift between difficulties, but then most objectives are referred to by the letter in general. So I'd say objective letters should be avoided wherever they vary.

Here I've gone with All difficulties (sounds better than common) / SA+ / 00A only
