| Adam Bozon started speedrunning on GoldenEye in January 2006 after finding videos of [[Bryan Bosshardt]]'s Dam Agent 0:53 and [[Ilari Pekkala]]'s Aztec 00 Agent 1:54 on the Internet. He had done some GoldenEye speedrunning back in 1999 but never had access to videos or world record strats so his times weren't very good. All he had to compete against were PRs that other people, such as Elite members [[Matthijs ten Ham]] and [[Steven Zwartjes]], had sent into Nintendo 64 magazines. | | Adam Bozon started speedrunning on GoldenEye in January 2006 after finding videos of [[Bryan Bosshardt]]'s Dam Agent 0:53 and [[Ilari Pekkala]]'s Aztec 00 Agent 1:54 on the Internet. − | He joined the rankings in Spring 2006 when he started to get some better PRs. He managed to get 2:22/2:22/2:21 on Statue which was good enough for 5th place on the Statue leaderboard despite only being ranked about 100th overall at the time. He continued to move up the rankings and got Surface 2 Secret Agent 0:55 to earn his first world record in November 2006. He has had a few more world records since then, the best being his 0:37 and 0:36 on Runway 00 Agent using the difficult grenade strat, both of which had been untied for well over a year by [[Bryan Bosshardt]].

| Adam is currently ranked in the GoldenEye top 30 on the world rankings and has recently moved up to second place in the UK rankings behind [[Luke Pettit]] on points and [[Graham Maddocks]] on time. He still has a few really bad PRs and even some levels that he has never even watched a video of yet so he should be able to improve his ranking in the future. | | Adam is currently ranked in the GoldenEye top 30 on the world rankings and has recently moved up to second place in the UK rankings behind [[Luke Pettit]] on points and [[Graham Maddocks]] on time. − | He is one of the most reliable players for providing proof of his videos and nearly always posts the video together with the time when he gets a new PR. He has proven every PR that he has had since early 2007 and is 59/60 proven on normal mode (all except Silo 00A 2:33), fully proven on both LTK and DLTK and has proven every world record he has had on turbo mode. | + | Although he thinks the 2.x control style should be allowed, he doesn't think you should be allowed to use it to get quicker starts and to do things like shooting the screen during the Depot cinema so therefore continues to use 1.2 on all the 2.x advantaged levels such as Streets. |

| Silo DLTK is the only level that nobody has completed so far and very few have even tried or believe is possible because of the 8:30 time limit. [[Henrik Norgren]] started a discussion about possible strats in Summer 2011 and a lot of progress was made and it looked a bit more likely to be completed. Adam made a strat for the first half of the level that he believes is probably about 10-11 minute speed overall. Since posting the video for that, he has found a few strat improvements such as a quicker and safer third fuel room strat and has a better understanding of which guards are more likely to have grenades and how often which will both be useful because they were the main two reasons he stopped playing it in 2011. He thinks that with a few more strat improvements and lots of practise to become quicker on the second half of the level then he might not be too far away from the 8:30 time limit. | | Silo DLTK is the only level that nobody has completed so far and very few have even tried or believe is possible because of the 8:30 time limit. | 5. Runway DLTK 0:43 - This is the only DLTK world record that beats the LTK world record. It's a really frustrating level to play and the strat relies heavily on two guards running in the direction you want on the same go, which rarely happens. It can take about 10 hours just to reach the end of the level alive with the strat I used and then you have to hit three drone guns and the missile battery as well when there's hardly even time to line up your tank shots. | | 5. − | 4. Silo LTK 2:13 - This is easily the LTK level I've spent longest on. It's one of the hardest LTK levels to complete anyway but to speedrun makes it a lot harder because of all the risks you have to take. It took lots of practise to learn exactly where all the guards are going to be because being a few tenths of a seconds too early or late getting to a certain part of the level can result in completely different guard positions. | + | 4. | 3. Runway 00 Agent 0:36 - This took me 110 hours to get. I had 11 x 0:37s and hundreds of near misses on failed 0:36s. It requires a very underplayed strat that has very little margin for error which takes loads of practise and patience to complete. I'm planning to try for 0:35 sometime now that I'm using control style 1.2 and have an NTSC console. | | 3. Runway 00 Agent 0:36 - This took me 110 hours to get. − | 2. Caverns DLTK 8:54 (got this twice) - This is easily the DLTK level I've spent longest on. The level is not as difficult to complete as people think because once you're past the first room then the rest isn't that hard if you use a cautious strat but it does get very difficult when you're speedrunning and having to take lots of chances. I remember struggling a bit to beat the 00A 9:30 cheat target time back in 1999 so it was great to beat that on the DLTK setting. | + | 2. | 1. Train DLTK 29:00 - This was a level I thought would never be done. Although it's only a mediocre time because of the cautious strat I used, it's still my best PR because of the difficulty of the level and being the first proven player to complete it makes it more special. It requires so much practise and concentration because one tiny mistake on the whole level and you're almost certainly dead every time. Also the lack of good hiding places, a few places where you have no choice but to take big risks, random guard positions, unpredictable guards, ammo shortage and nerves unlike anything I've experienced on any other level all add to the difficulty. It took me around 80-85 hours to complete. A more aggressive strat could get around 20 minutes but I don't know if I'd ever want to go for lower. | | 1.
