The ''Shadow Temple'' is the seventh dungeon in [[The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time]]. It was originally intended to the be the last dungeon and can indeed be completed last. This is a very linear dungeon and [[Farore's Wind]] has minimal use here.

If you're fast you should be able to take on both Stalfoses in plenty of time to run to the front of the boat with your bow and wait for the bombs to come into range. If you're feeling brave, and you're handy with the bow, you can shoot the bombs FROM THE BOAT. Thus, as the bird head falls forwards and creates a bridge for you, you are carried all the way to the other end of the platform and the door you need to go through next, to the room with the invisible maze. This saves a small amount of running time. Be warned, however; if you're too slow off the mark shooting the bombs, you may find the boat sinks out from under you before you are restored control of Link, and you die. This is risky.

Go "left" in the room with the invisible maze, for the Small Key, then "straight across" for the Boss Key. Ignore the zombies in the Boss Key room.
