With almost perfect timing it is possible to go straight to the 3rd opening from the start. You will need to start slightly below the middle and then move upwards as you enter the straight. It takes some practise to get it right. From there, do the same again to go straight to the goal. You may have to move downwards slightly right at the end to avoid crashing. It should take 1 less step than the easy method and so saves nearly a whole half rotation. Definately one of the most difficult methods.
Easier Method
You need to stop inside the 2nd and then 4th opening, and then into the goal. It is possible to do this without even moving up or down, but it is better to so you can get through the gaps quicker. 6.3x seconds is possible with this method.
