After the last difficult level, this one is actually nice and simple. Tap upwards and then hold A + B + Right all the way to the finish. You should be aiming to clip the side of the first top springs with the top of your stick. It may take a few times to reach the end, just vary the amount you move upwards. 90% of the time this gives 3.91, but occasionlly you will get 3.90.
