Dry Dry Desert
Dry Dry Desert (aka DDD) is Mario Kart: Double Dash!!'s fourth course, and Mushroom Cup's fourth course.
3 Lap
For Titan C to Hero B
1-1-0: 30"7 - 30"2 - 32"0 = 1'32"9
1 SHROOMER.
Turbo boost and take 1 R in the straight way. Another which leads to sand , then take 3 R around the rock. Another R and you're able to get out of the dirt. A L around first Pokey , and a R around the second. Ride into the sand straight ahead (a metre or so off the red sand) and stay riding in it till 0.4 / 0.7 seconds. Shroom to the quicksand a bit further. You'll see you get out the sand there faster then normal . A R , and two L's. The best thing you could do is to go slightly in the quicksand path when coming out (but with the whole kart off the road) . A R when out off the quicksand path , then three Rs more ; the third goes right off the Pokeys. A R heading right , and then a L between the dark and light yellow sand hills , a R when the screen is a bit below then otherwise and then another R or two to head into the dark yellow sand before finish. A R and build up a R if you're flying (better not!) and a L to come out the dark yellow sand. A R and a L and you finish! As you did the shroomer in the first lap , you'll normally have no problem with the tornado on the second lap. Shroom there too (as its easier to do it earlier) Then finish the third lap off with the 0 shroomer beneath;
0 SHROOMERS
Before you normally take the 1 shroomer , take a L to the third Pokey and directly head into the dark yellow sand . If you follow the strat above ,then this is the third lap and you'd never have any trouble here with the tornado (as the tornado is on the other side of the track that moment) Anyways , take 4 R's , but don't head into the light brown sand. The fourth goes into the quicksand path . You'd better go into the quicksand in this case some more near the quicksand , but when halfway , try to head right (your kart will go faster forwards if you do so). Further in the lap its still the same.
This strat has achieved a 1:33:997 , but splits can give you a second faster.

2 SHROOMERS
The same as 1 shroomer , but after the first two Pokeys after the quicksand , try to head right before the little dark yellow sand hill that makes you jump up . You should go right of it , but be sure you´re driving forward and not to the right. This is actually easy , but it sounds hard . Its clear that if you don´t drive straight ahead to the final shortcut , you´ll mostly lose many 0.1s. Try to avoid other hills , and go right before you get in the neighborhood of the small upperright Pokey. Make sure you´ll head with your whole karter into the dark sand , but if you´re in it , you´d shroom directly , because its easy to come at drive-able sand again . Just avoid the red sand further to the right. Try to finish of with a R and L and you got your flap.
