Brian "PDO" King

Brian "PDO" King is a popular and long-tenured member of The Elite. He may not have been one of the founding fathers of The Elite, and he never rose to the extreme upper level of the Perfect Dark rankings, but he did gain enough respect to become one of the administators of the Elite Boards. His current activity within The Elite includes fantasy sport leagues and frequent appearences in Chat, usually to talk about Canada-type stuff with his Elite pal Infil, who he's met in person several times.
