It is possible to get all the way to the end of this stage without slowing down at all. When the game starts, hold just left, so you slowly move towards the wall and clip it once. Then line yourself up on the right hand edge of the start area, just slightly below the middle. If you leave when the stick is just about to hit horizontal there should be enough space to fit under the first moving block, and then under the second. Then just move up high enough to reach the goal.
