Peter "Dragorn" Branam-Lefkove currently holds two world records in the N64 game The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. He holds the record fastest completion according to the in-game clock (Day 2, 8:32pm) and the fastest 100% completion timed in real time (6 hours 55 minutes).
He also holds the world record for beating Super Mario Sunshine, at 1 hour 59 minutes 49 seconds.
All these were segmented runs. The corresponding single-segment runs would likely be rather slower.
