As one of the old timers of the game, Jon was the original US champion from February 2004 to June 2005 and even held a few world records back in the day. He was the first American ever to reach Titan rank and is known for being the first person ever to get a God time on Dry Dry Desert and Baby Park (by the old standards). He was awarded Player of the Week in June 2004 and even though he's been inactive for a over a year, he is still highly ranked.
If you are from California you might remember Jon for being an exceptional and distinguished Street Fighter player back in the day - winning numerous tournaments in the 90's around the San Francisco bay area. His phenomenal videogame skills aside, Jon is also a part time rapper and enjoys playing online poker.
