This is one of the levels that is effected by version differences. On the NTSC version, grenades from the Soviet S47 go farther than they do on the PAL version, which allows for slightly faster times on the NTSC version. The PAL strategy can be used on the NTSC version with equal success.

Overall this strategy is not really luck dependant, as the only inconsistent shots are the shot that destroys the panes of the smallest building (though it isn't that inconsistent) and the shot that takes care of the panes of the remaining building at the end.
