I've noticed that all the recent vandals so far have 10-letter names with letters 1 and 6 capitalized, so perhaps a "name flagged for review system" could put a stop to this wave. Heck, depending on how much of the backend you can modify, you could have a weak text-based CAPTCHA ("solve this simple math equation") that the user is only required to answer correctly if their desired username matches one of a customizable set of patterns/regexes. - Does the Wiki software have an option for mass selection of edits and one-click reversion all at once?
