Resident Evil 4

Resident Evil 4 is a Survival/Horror/TPS released in January of 2005 by Capcom for the Nintendo GameCube. It was later ported to the Playstation 2, PC, and Nintendo Wii. The series will continue with Resident Evil 5.

Speed Runs

The Speed Demos Archive hosts Resident Evil 4 competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game RE4 speedrun on normal skill is 2 hour, 6 minutes and 24 seconds, achieved by Tim Bright on June 4th, 2005. Tim also holds the record for best time with special weapons, at 1 hour, 59 minutes and 7 seconds. The best European special weapons run is 1 hour, 51 minutes and 3 seconds by Tomi "sarou" Salo.
