The [[Speed Demos Archive]] hosts Metal Gear Solid 3 competition.  The current proven [[World Record]] for a complete-game speedrun of the European version of MGS3 on Extreme difficulty, earning the Fox Hound rank, is 1 hour and 29 minutes, achieved by [[Adnan Kauser]] on August 31st, 2005.  Adnan also holds the fastest single-segment Extreme Fox Hound Euro record, at 2 hours and 2 minutes.
