Otto "Dark Otto" Oksman is one of the oldest still-active members of The Elite, having joined the Perfect Dark rankings in September of 2000. After playing on and off for the better part of seven years, the Elite's only Finnish member finally achieved a lifetime goal in early 2007 when he became a member of PD's Top 10 (and also the best PD player in Europe). Along the way Otto has earned some very impressive WRs, including Chicago Agent 0:15 and Perfect Agent 0:28.
However what other players most appreciate is that he's one of only two fully proven players in the game, with vids available on 63/63 levels (the other being Bryan Bosshardt).
Otto is equally respected outside of his PRs for the other work he has put into The Elite in general and Perfect Dark in particular, including running the PD Country Rankings, PAL Rankings and The Elite Map.
Aside from gaming Otto loves hockey, Formula 1 racing, trance music, and not being in the Army anymore.
