Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil is a First Person Shooter released in April of 2005 by Nerve Software for the PC. RoE is an expansion on the original Doom 3. The series began with Doom and Doom II.

The Speed Demos Archive hosts Resurrection of Evil competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game RoE speedrun using Marine skill is 52 minutes and 25 seconds, achieved by Joseph "Apathy" Wilcox on October 16th, 2005.
