Jump forward and hit the hourglass, but then don't continue ahead.  Go left instead, punching out the boxes and continuing through the door.  Hug the inside of the curved room, avoiding the E-1000, then turn left at the next room and drop down.  Another left leads you to an hourglass; hit it and go through the door.  In the next room there's a mural on the right side.  Dig into it.
