Gauntlet is an Action/Fantasy game released in 1987 by Tengen for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

The Speed Demos Archive hosts Gauntlet competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game Gauntlet speedrun is 20 minutes and 13 seconds, achieved by Tom "rdrunner" Votava in January of 2005.
