Devil May Cry

Devil May Cry is an Action/Fantasy released in October of 2001 by Capcom for the Sony Playstation. The series continued with Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening.

Speedrun

The Speed Demos Archive hosts Devil May Cry competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game DMC speedrun on Normal skill is 58 minutes and 27 seconds, achieved by Wesley "Molotov" Corron on June 17th, 2005. Molotov also holds the record for a run as Super Dante on Normal skill, having completed the game in 49 minutes and 35 seconds. The record for a 100% completion using Dante Must Die! skill is held by Michael "sternn" McEnroe, who completed the game using those settings in 1 hour and 55 minutes on October 8th, 2005.
