Fire Field: Blast Track 2

Fire Field: Blast Track 2 (FFBT2) is the 10th course in F-Zero: GP Legend.

5Lap Strategy

Craft: Night Thunder

Engine Setting: 0 – 25%

Opener

Start with an R drift, then quickly change to an L drift and hit the dash plate. L drift close to the left wall, then switch to an R drift and hit the second dash plate. L drift round the corner, R drift round the mines on the left. After this do a small L drift, followed by a small R drift to set yourself up for the big corner.

Now do a big L drift round the corner, cutting as close to the mines on the right as possible. Straighten out at the end of the corner and take the dash plate. From the dash plate, L drift round the first group of mines, R drift the second group then L drift the third.

A row of mines on the left will be next, hit one of the early ones. Do a small R drift then switch to an L drift and take the last corner as close as possible.

Boost Laps

Boost immediately, and go through the recharge lane. At the end of the lane, do an R drift, then switch to an L drift and extend this all the way to the dash plate. Take the dash plate then L drift round the corner. Boost when you clear the corner, and R drift round the mines.

Do a small L drift after the mines, followed by a small R drift, then do a big L drift round the corner with the recharge strips. During this drift, you should take a bit of energy from the first recharge strip, then blast turn a bit to go sharper round the corner. As you straighten out you should get a bit of energy from the end of the second recharge strip then hit the dash plate.

From the dash plate, L drift round the first group of mines then boost. R drift the next group, then L drift round the group after. R drift to the last patch of mines, then switch to an L drift and take the last corner cutting it as close as possible.
