Lock on and stay nearby as you throw your boomerang through the second set of five jellyfish to stun Barinade. This time hitting Barinade is not an option: you have to kill the jellies. Pick a direction to travel around Barinade and take them out as you go. If you're fast, you can take out all five in one stun cycle.

Finally, Barinade is exposed and you can start whittling its 10 HP. Normally its sinks into the ground when it has 6 or 3 HP left. This means that a single [[Power Crouch Stab]] will send it below ground. Just stay close by with your boomerang ready to decrease the time it takes to hit it the next time.
