In Perfect Dark, the Firing Range can be accessed in the 1st floor area of the Carrington Institute. The Carrington Institute "overworld" area, that is, not the solo mission.
Firing Range records are handled by N64HS.
Firing Range weapons
There are 32 weapons, and for each weapon there is a Bronze, Silver and Gold challenge, making for 96 challenges in total. To gain access to each weapon in the firing range you first need to encounter it "in the wild" - that is, in the solo missions or in a Combat Simulator Challenge.
By gaining all the Bronze medals in the Firing Range you unlock The Duel.
