Rayan "Perfect Ace" Isran (also known as The Wacky Paki) is currently very close to becoming the third Dual Champion in Elite history despite the notable handicap of being one of the youngest members of the community. He is also known for having used the 1.3 control style and for not discussing strategies which he uses to obtain World Records. His favorite Hannah Montana song is Who Said.

Rayan joined the Perfect Dark rankings in September 2005 (at the age of 10) and quickly surprised everyone by tying what was considered one of the best (if not the best) Agent World Record at the time, WAR!
