Legendary karting skills combined with legendary drinking skills. That makes a true Legend. And this legend is named David Smith. Widely known on the SMK forums, Dave is one of the most funny and cool players around. He's the father of the "Video Greetings" topic, wich made all the players roll on the floor laughing. His great videos, be it playing the guitar, watching Constantine, chilling with some chicks (Video proof of the equation Kart = chicks), inspired lots of other players to show themselves on videos. He's always around showing his way of life, and most times holding a can of Natty Ice. We can call him the Alcohool Midas, once all threads he touches (with the help of Joe Bernier) seems to change itself into a beer/alcohool discussion.
Rankwise, David peaked at #25 on NTSC (SMK), and is also ranked on other MK games. He kept a great rivalry with Tyler Worley, both on the NBT and non-NBT rankings, but he soon got tired of the competition. He's also a strong GP150cc player, being high ranked in lots of tracks. His last achievement regarding GP150cc was passing KLOVER11, an unknown player who claimed to be the best Toad in the world after reaching #1 on the rankings. Dave fought back and got his spot in front of him again.
Dave is someone to be heard when it's up to life experience, once he's in the 30s (AND STILL PRing!). One of his most valuable advices is to not drink while drunk (in real life), once he had problems with it himself.
