Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a Stealth/TPS released in November of 2002 by Ubisoft for the Microsoft Xbox. It was later ported to the Nintendo GameCube, Playstation 2, and PC, with some key changes. The series continued with Pandora Tomorrow.
Speed Runs
The Speed Demos Archive hosts Splinter Cell competition. The current proven World Record for a complete-game SC speedrun on the GameCube version is 1 hour, 21 minutes and 45 seconds, achieved by Oskar "Yautja Elder" Lundquist on August 27th, 2006. The record for fastest completion of the PC version on Hard mode is 1 hour and 35 minutes, set by Jeff "Lord Revan" Richardson in September of 2005.
