Get outside, get the speed pickup if it's there and go on top of the building with the stairscase. Wait until an infected monkey is about to go up the stairscase and run to the other side of the level. Go the place with two staircases that lead to the first floor. Go up one of the stairscases and get the pickup if it's there. Go under the bell, drop off and go to the top of the building outside again. Repeat this until the time is up.
