Robin was never famous for his Mario Kart skills, but he's well known for the various contributions he's made to the [[mariokart64.com|kart community]]. Robin is one of the few Japanese members of the community, and he translated the join pages for the MKDD and MKDS sites into Japanese. He also helps out with contacting Japanese players. As a staff member, Robin created and still updates the rivalries section of the MK64 site, which was later added to the other Mario Kart sites. He also moderates the MK64 YahooGroup and updated the timesheet for a year.

In April 2003, Robin joined the [[Mario Kart 64]] Player's Page at the rank of Newbie F. He climbed very slowly in rank until stopping at the Semi-Pro ranks in the summer of 2004. He took a break from MK64 for about a year, then came back the next summer and quickly rose up to Elite before stopping again. Robin is currently ranked 155th at Elite B. He hopes to reach the King ranks by the end of 2006, but this is probably just wishful thinking on his part.
Robin has also joined the sites for [[Super Mario Kart]], [[Mario Kart: Double Dash!!]], and [[Mario Kart DS]], where he is ranked 134th, 439th, and 299th respectively. He has never really spent much time trying to improve in these other games, though, because he knows that the Kart = Chicks equation is really only true for MK64. Robin also owns and briefly played [[Mario Kart Super Circuit]], but he sucked so much at it that he couldn't even unlock the SMK tracks, so he never joined the site.
