Henrik's description makes a mountain out of a molehill really. I'm pretty sure test is just 'shot went past' and for the trev shot you hit the guard without the bullet going past the centre of the gut. The slight complexity comes from 'past' meaning further down the z axis of the camera. I'll check the code and rewrite this sometime.
