Using the first option, the guard that's normally by the catwalk ''will not'' be there, so you can run through the catwalk and save a few tenths. On the other hand, when you start as soon as possible the guard will be there, so you have to avoid him and use the street. I used the second option on my 0:15, because waiting is boring ;-)
