You are not able to have a record on the rankings if it involves a new strategy discovery, until there is a video and proper explanation of said strategy made public for everyone to access. For example, if you claim a new strategy that skips Trev's speech entirely on Statue, and claim a 2:10, you are not able to have that time ranked until you have a video of it and an explanation on how to perform the new strategy made public. While discouraged, hoarding a new strategy is allowed so that you can keep it to yourself and keep playing until you obtain an untied world record or otherwise personally significant record.
