To be eligible to vote, one of four conditions has to be met:
* Membership in the [[Goldeneye]] or [[Perfect Dark]] Elites.
* Membership in any [[TimeSplitters Elite]] ranking.
* 50 posts on [[The Elite]] message boards.
* 20 hours logged in [http://the-elite.net/chat.html The Elite Chatroom].
* 5 hours logged streaming GE/PD speedruns on [http://twitch.tv|twitch]
